Eagle Scout Projects

Eagle Scout candidate Chad Golembeski, with the help of his father Greg and other Troop 18 fathers and troop members, completed an informational kiosk on the property in early June 2010. The kiosk will be used for announcements, trail maps and other general information about Parmelee Farm.

Troop 18 Eagle Scout candidate Kevin Gorman has installed a 40' x10' bridge to span the wetlands between the two garden fields. The bridge is strong enough to support a truck or tractor and is easily accessible for garden wheelbarrows and foot traffic. Kevin had amazing support from his parents, Ed and Joanne, on this project that was two year in the planning.
